The short version
- These terms cover this website, the free Blueprint assessment, the AI demo and calls with us. Paid work has its own written agreement.
- Your Blueprint is an estimate built from your answers, not a promise of results.
- Our AI assistant says it is an AI, never gives legal, medical or financial advice, and calls may be recorded.
- Texts and AI calls happen only if you opt in; reply STOP to stop texts.
Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and [Legal business name, exactly as on the EIN letter], [Entity type and state of formation] (“Dendrik”, “we”, “us”). By using dendrik.ai, taking the Blueprint assessment, requesting a demo or booking a call, you agree to them. If you use them for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
What we provide
Dendrik builds AI front desk and growth systems for service businesses. On this website we offer a free online assessment (the “Blueprint”) that estimates revenue lost to missed and slow-answered enquiries, a live AI demo, and calls with our advisors. Any paid service is provided under a separate written agreement, which governs that work, including any guarantees stated in it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and using the site for business purposes.
The Blueprint is an estimate
Your Blueprint is built from the answers you give and stated assumptions. It is an estimate for planning, not a guarantee of recoverable revenue, and not financial, legal or tax advice.
The AI demo and AI calls
- Our AI assistant identifies itself as an AI. You are talking to software, not a person, unless we tell you otherwise.
- It can make mistakes. Do not rely on it for anything important without checking with our team.
- It never gives legal, medical or financial advice, and it never quotes prices on behalf of other businesses.
- Demo and follow-up calls may be recorded and transcribed. Please do not share sensitive personal information on them.
Texts, calls and emails
When you take the Blueprint you agree to receive it and follow-up emails about it; every email has an unsubscribe link. We text you, or call you with an AI assistant, only if you opt in. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit someone else’s contact details or phone number without their permission;
- use the demo to harass anyone or to make calls to numbers that are not yours;
- scrape the site at scale, attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer it, or bypass its security;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The site, the assessment, the Blueprint format, our content and our brand belong to Dendrik. Your answers and your business information remain yours, and you give us permission to use them to provide the services described here.
Third-party services
Some features, such as booking calendars and embedded video, are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
Disclaimers
The website, the Blueprint and the demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Dendrik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, arising from your use of the website, the Blueprint or the demo, and our total liability for them is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from a claim caused by your breach of these terms, for example submitting someone else’s phone number without permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law state], United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
Changes and contact
