Cookie Policy

The short version
- We use three kinds of cookies: strictly necessary ones the site needs, analytics (PostHog) to measure the site, and marketing (the Meta pixel) to measure and retarget our ads.
- Analytics and marketing are on by default. You can switch either off at any time in Cookie settings.
- Turning Marketing off is how you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as an opt-out of both analytics and marketing.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage, session storage and tracking pixels work in similar ways. This policy covers all of them and should be read with our Privacy Policy.
The three categories
- Strictly necessary: needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choices, keeping bookings and private pages working, and saving a form you sent if the connection dropped. These cannot be switched off here.
- Analytics: site measurement with PostHog. It shows us which pages are visited and where people stop in the assessment, so we can make the site better. On by default; you can turn it off.
- Marketing: advertising measurement and retargeting, for example with the Meta pixel. It shows us whether an ad led to a visit or a booking, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited. On by default; you can turn it off.
Preference items, such as your language, only change how the site looks for you and are not shared with anyone.

Our servers also record a small amount of first-party information when you send a form, such as which form it was and whether it was delivered, so we can make sure your request reaches us. This is not a cookie and is not used for advertising.
Third-party features
Two features load from our service providers only when you use them: the booking calendar (on the call page and your Blueprint results) and the live voice demo (on the demo page). They may set their own cookies to work, for example to keep your booking session or connect your microphone, and we treat those as strictly necessary for the feature you asked for. Embedded videos are served from our video host and do not set advertising cookies.
Your choices
- Cookie settings: to turn Analytics or Marketing on or off, or use the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for one year.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, analytics and marketing do not run, whatever the switches say.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies and site storage at any time. Blocking strictly necessary ones may stop parts of the site, such as private reports, from working.
- Meta: you can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Your choice applies to this browser and device. If you use another browser or clear your cookies, you will be asked again.
Your US privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in other US states, letting an advertising partner such as Meta collect information on our site for cross-context behavioral advertising can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out of it.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: turn the Marketing switch off in . This stops the Meta pixel in this browser.
- Opt-out preference signals: we honor Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing.
- No discrimination: the site works the same whether or not you opt out.
